Using VIRMANEL and SILUMOD to study protocol for mobile multihop networks

Résumé

In this paper, we present a use of VIRMANEL and SILUMOD as part of the study of the routing protocol OLSR. VIRMANEL and SILUMOD are both open source (LGPL) tool that we developed to run experiments and do research about MANET. VIRMANEL features a GUI to study the behavior of a mobile network. SILUMOD is a domain specific language developed jointly with VIRMANEL. It defines the positions of the trajectory of moving through the appropriate keywords.
